FAQ

1. How can I commission you?

You can text me on any of my socials (instagram and tiktok) or fill out the Contact form at the top to reach out for commissions. Please remember to only reach out once you're ready for payment. Currently my commissions are permanently open so it is unlikely that I will turn your commission down <3 - It may take up to 2 days to respond to any messages sent, if you have a deadline by when you need your orders, please mention that in the first message, thank you!!

2. How expensive are your commissions?

Generally I do not charge extra for commissions. So if you see an item you like in my shop and want something in that style, it will probably also cost similarly. Prices vary between a few Euros based on style, beads and extras (e.g. resin charms, extra chains).

3. Do you take returns/refunds?

Unfortunately I do not. The only exception is if an item arrives broken or damaged. If a package shows any signs of damage, please film yourself unboxing it or take several pictures of the damage and its effects.

4. How fast will my order arrive?

The shipping time is visible when you select your shipping method. This is counted from when I hand the package over to DHL Germany. My normal dispatch times are 1-5 days since I am a university student making and packing all orders by myself. 

5. Will you remake *insert item*?

Once an item is sold out it is unlikely I will remake it since I want to make one of a kind jewelry. The only exceptions are when I see a lot of interest in that specific item or if someone commissions it (I will always be willing to remake any old piece on commission). 

6. How do I reach out when I have a question, problem with shipping or the jewelry?

You can text me any time on my socials or fill out the Contact form, I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. 

Please note that if you went with untracked shipping I cannot send an investigation request to DHL Germany regarding the missing package.

If there has not been an update on a tracked package for a while, almost always the package just got delayed somewhere and will be resurfacing again, this can take a few days. Please try to only reach out to me after over 14 days of no updates, I cannot send an investigation request to DHL Germany before those 2 weeks of no updates are over. 

If you have any problem with the jewelry please do not be shy and text me! If the problem was caused by me I will try my best to solve the issue.
